Career
Kriti Sanon started as a young and fresh face in the film industry. Her first step was the print shoot for Reliance Trends. After that, she has been seen in many popular ads for brands such as Close-up, Titan watches, Parachute, Himalaya, etc. She was spotted walking the ramp at Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week 2010, International Jewellery Week, and Chennai International Week in 2012.
In 2014, she made her acting debut with a Telegu film, 1 Nenokkadine (2014). She made a solid impression with her acting. In 2014 she also debut in Bollywood with Heropanti (2014). Co-starring Tiger shroff this was also a hit.
In 2015, Kriti Sanon appeared in her second Telegu film, Dohchay, and then she was also seen in Dilwale opposite Varun Dhawan, also co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. Despite some negative and mixed reviews, the film did reasonably well at the box office.
After a short break, the actress appeared in two films in 2017: The romantic adventure movie Raabta opposite Shushant Singh Rajput and the romantic comedy Bareilly ki Barfi opposite Ayushman Khurrana and Rajkumar Rao. While Raabta slightly failed to impress the audience, Bareilly ki Barfi was a big success in the actress’s life.
After that, the romantic comedy Luka Chuppi(2019), Kalank(2019), Arjun Patiala(2019), the comedy Housefull 4(2019) and the historical period drama Panipat(2019) are among Kriti’s other significant projects in recent times.
