Career
After receiving his MBA degree, he joined in the Indian advertising line with Ravi Despande Pictures Mumbai. He had the courage to turn his hobby into a full-time career. He performs at different comedy clubs and pubs like High Spirits, Blue Frog, The Comedy Store, Bill Burr, Canvas Laugh Club, Chris Rock and many more. Daniel Fernandes had collaborated with many other well-known stand-up comedians like Biswa Kalyan Rath, Kenny Sebastian, Vir Das, Aditi Mittal and Abish Mathew.
He co-founded a musical comedy collective called ‘The Yellow Experiment’. He founded a comedy production house in 2012 and named it ‘Microphone Entertainment’. In 2015, being a member of the core team of ‘Manjhi- The Mountain Man’ promoted the biographical movie along with Nawazauddin Siddique and Radhika Apte. Daniel in the same year hosted ‘Forbes India’s Entrepreneurial Awards event, 30Under30’. He is one of the writers of the successfully running show ‘Son of Abish’.
