Kiku was born to a Marwari business family in Jodhpur in the state of Rajasthan, India on 14th February 1975. His father is Amarnath Sharda, the owner of SMG Securities Limited in Mumbai and his mother is Reeta Sharda. He is the first member to enter the film industry. He did his early education at Don Bosco High school, Mumbai. Later he joined Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai with a degree in Commerce. kiku Sharda completed his MBA from Chetan’s Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai.
