Atul Khatri was born on 10 January 1968  in a Sindhi-Hindu family in Mumbai. He was the only Indian to present an act at the Hong Kong International Comedy Festival. He also won Season 1 of “CEO’s Got Talent”. He completed his schooling at St. Theresa’s High School in Mumbai and then proceeded to pursue Bachelor of Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College also situated in Mumbai. He also obtained a certificate in Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School in England.

Career

Atul joined his family business after completing his education. He became the Chief Executive Officer of Kaytek Computer Services Private Limited. He eventually became bored with running his IT Business and leading a monotonous life. After receiving encouragement from his wife,犀利士 he decided to switch paths a become a comedian. Atul currently has performed more than 400 shows in countries like UK, USA, UAE, Malaysia, and many more. He was rated as the top upcoming Indian stand-up comedian by CNN-IBN.

Achievements

Atul was the winner of the first season of  “CEO’s Got Talent” conducted by FremantleMedia in the year 2014. He was in the finals of the ” Melbourne International Comedy Festival” held in Delhi.

Atul Khatri is an animal lover. He has a pet dog named Butter. His dog has an Instagram account with over 7000 followers. He also tried bar tending and DJ before starting his career as a stand-up comedian. He started a news segment titled ‘Only Positive News!’ He along with his sister started an initiative called ‘The Shrink and The Nut.‘ The main motive behind this campaign is to raise awareness about mental health issues and encourage students to seek help. He is a non-vegetarian and an occasional drinker. He loves cycling as a hobby.
